High performance with reduced costs. KP HYBRID is a specialised metal treatment system that delivers high production performance while keeping operating costs low. It features a dual modified alcohol tank and up to four tanks for aqueous detergent solutions. This plant can handle all types of contamination. This configuration simplifies routine maintenance, preventing machine downtime and minimising economic and operational disadvantages.
The entire KP HYBRID range (50 – 100 – 150 – 200) is designed to meet diverse production needs, from small-volume treatments with the compact yet efficient KP 50 HYBRID to the KP 200 HYBRID, the flagship model of IFP Europe. This line offers a comprehensive range of solutions for washing, decontamination, and drying processes. It is particularly suited for stamped components with blind holes or metal parts with high levels of contamination, ensuring excellent results even for the most complex cleaning applications.

Thanks to a cleaning cycle carried out entirely under vacuum down to 1 mbar, together with an extensive range of standard and optional equipment, KP systems represent one of the most advanced cleaning technologies currently available on the market.
In the HYBRID version, these systems deliver outstanding results even in the most demanding applications, particularly where high production volumes and heavily contaminated parts are involved.
All systems operate entirely under vacuum and feature:

KP Kleen Power metal washing systems are designed to be configured with the “Protect” automation, a loading system that ensures practical basket management. The automation includes an automatic tray and cover that facilitate the loading phases of baskets. The system can handle 2 or 4 baskets simultaneously, with the possibility of integrating automatic load recognition.
All operations are managed by internally developed software, in compliance with Industry 4.0 standards.
KP 50 HYBRID, KP 100 HYBRID, KP 150 HYBRID and KP 200 HYBRID systems can also be equipped with a manual loading platform with an idle roller conveyor, a practical and innovative accessory developed by IFP Europe. The loading platform facilitates manual operations of 1+1 basket for the KP 50 HYBRID and 2+2 baskets for the KP 100 HYBRID, reaching up to the loading/unloading of 12 baskets at a time.
In the KP 50 HYBRID, KP 100 HYBRID, KP 150 HYBRID and KP 200 HYBRID versions, the ‘Protect’ automation ensures efficient basket handling, with the option of an automatic tray and cover, ensuring optimal control.
