IFP vacuum cleaning eliminates one of the biggest problems associated with conventional cleaning: air trapped inside cavities, threads, blind holes and capillaries. Under vacuum, this air is removed, allowing the cleaning medium to penetrate even hard-to-reach areas and effectively remove oils, emulsions, metal chips and fine contaminants.
Vacuum also significantly improves drying. Residual cleaning medium evaporates quickly, leaving parts completely dry, free from stains and residual contamination. The closed-loop system also enables filtration, distillation and repeated reuse of the cleaning fluid, reducing both chemical consumption and operating costs.
Under vacuum, air is removed more effectively from blind holes, capillaries, threads and cavities. This allows the cleaning fluid and vapour to reach areas that are difficult to access during conventional atmospheric-pressure cleaning.
The vacuum process removes oils, emulsions, metal chips and fine contaminants more effectively, even from parts with complex geometries.
Under vacuum, residual cleaning medium evaporates at a lower temperature. The result is dry parts without residual liquid, stains or marks.
The cleaning medium does not circulate freely into the surrounding environment. The use of modified alcohols or hydrocarbons is more controlled within a closed vacuum system.
The cleaning fluid is filtered, distilled and reused within the system. This reduces both chemical consumption and operating costs.
Vacuum, temperature, filtration, distillation and drying are controlled automatically. This makes the process less dependent on the operator and ensures repeatable results.
