At the Bio HI-TECH Technology Centre, we provide professional cleaning of metal, plastic, glass and other components using ultrasonic and vacuum cleaning technologies. Based on the material, type of contamination and required cleanliness parameters, we design the most suitable cleaning process and select the appropriate cleaning medium.
We use two proven technologies for contract component cleaning.
Ultrasonic cleaning combines the effects of ultrasound with a specially selected chemical cleaning bath. It is ideal for removing oils, greases, carbon deposits, polishing compounds and other contaminants from complex components, threads, blind holes and other hard-to-reach areas.
Vacuum cleaning takes place in a closed system using modified alcohols, hydrocarbons or aqueous solutions. This technology achieves a very high level of technical cleanliness and is particularly suitable for components intended for demanding manufacturing processes and final surface treatments.
1. Requirements Consultation
Together, we define the component material, type of contamination, required cleanliness level and any subsequent manufacturing process.
2. Sample Delivery
Samples can be sent by courier or delivered in person to our Technology Centre.
3. Cleaning Process Design
We select the most suitable cleaning technology and chemicals, then set the process parameters to meet your requirements.
4. Test Cleaning
We carry out a trial cleaning and optimise the process further where necessary.
5. Results Evaluation
We verify the achieved cleanliness and assess together whether the result meets your expectations and production requirements.
6. Contract Cleaning
Once the results have been approved, we provide either one-off or regular cleaning of your components, including passivation or cleaning in a Clean Room environment where required.
