How do IFP Europe vacuum cleaning systems work?

IFP Europe systems are not conventional industrial washing machines. They are closed-loop vacuum degreasing and cleaning systems that combine vacuum technology with solvents such as modified alcohols or hydrocarbons, optionally supported by ultrasonics and intensive fluid circulation.

They are designed for precision cleaning of metal components before assembly, painting, PVD coating and other subsequent manufacturing processes.

That is why IFP does not only clean the components — it continuously cleans the entire cleaning process. By combining continuous filtration with vacuum distillation, oils, emulsions and solid particles are constantly removed from the system. The cleaning medium is continuously regenerated, ensuring stable cleaning quality throughout operation.

Does the cleaning process really reach every area?

Do your components have blind holes, threads, capillaries or cavities where oil or emulsion sometimes remains after cleaning? Under vacuum, air is first removed from these areas, eliminating the barrier that would otherwise prevent the cleaning medium from reaching them. The cleaning fluid can then penetrate even the most difficult geometries. The result is significantly more effective degreasing of complex components and reliable removal of emulsions, oils, polishing compounds and other contaminants.
