The entry-level metal cleaning model, KP EASY, retains the distinctive features of the KP Kleen Power line, including continuous filtration and distillation of the washing liquid, automatic separation of emulsions and oils, constant monitoring of operational data, and remote connectivity via the internet.
For handling moderate quantities of metal components to be cleaned, KP EASY systems can be equipped with a manual loading platform with an idle roller conveyor. This allows for the simultaneous management of baskets for loading the product to be cleaned and baskets for unloading the cleaned product.

The vacuum cleaning process ensures a high level of environmental safety, both in the workplace and in the surrounding environment. Thanks to the vacuum, the system is hermetically sealed, and no cleaning fluid residues remain on the parts after the process. Vacuum cleaning significantly shortens the cycle time and reduces the system’s energy consumption. As a result, production capacity can be increased by up to 100%.
The vacuum process makes it possible to thoroughly degrease, clean and dry even geometrically complex parts, including components with blind holes and capillary bores. Compared with cleaning machines operating at atmospheric pressure, it also significantly reduces cleaning fluid consumption. The fluid is not exposed to excessive thermal stress and therefore retains its cleaning properties over the long term.
All systems operate entirely under vacuum and feature:
99% recovery of waste material, 40% energy savings and a 95% reduction in cleaning agent consumption.
KP Kleen Power metal washing systems are designed to be configured with the “Protect” automation, a loading system that ensures practical basket management. The automation includes an automatic tray and cover that facilitate the loading phases of baskets. The system can handle 2 or 4 baskets simultaneously, with the possibility of integrating automatic load recognition.
All operations are managed by internally developed software, in compliance with Industry 4.0 standards.
KP 100 EASY, KP 150 EASY and KP 200 EASY systems can also be equipped with a manual loading platform with an idle roller conveyor, a practical and innovative accessory developed by IFP Europe. The loading platform facilitates manual operations of 1+1 basket for the KP 50 EASY and 2+2 baskets for the KP 100 EASY, reaching up to the loading/unloading of 12 baskets at a time.
In the KP 100 EASY, KP 150 EASY, and KP 200 EASY versions, the ‘Protect’ automation ensures efficient basket handling, with the option of an automatic tray and cover, ensuring optimal control. Depending on the model, the automatic system can handle from 2 to 4 baskets simultaneously, with the possibility of integrating automatic load recognition.
All loading/unloading and washing operations are managed through an original IFP Europe totem with an integrated touch monitor that allows for intuitive use of software developed by IFP Europe technicians, in compliance with Industry 4.0 standards.
