Vacuum cleaning systems are suitable for industrial applications requiring high levels of technical cleanliness, process repeatability and complete drying. Cleaning and drying take place under vacuum in a sealed chamber, allowing the cleaning medium to reach threads, narrow channels, blind holes and other hard-to-access areas.

The technology effectively removes machining oils, emulsions, lubricants, polishing compounds, fine particles, fingerprints and other production contaminants. Depending on the component, material and required result, modified alcohols, hydrocarbons or aqueous cleaning solutions can be used.

Preparation for subsequent production processes

A high level of degreasing is essential before painting, electroplating, PVD coating, powder coating, bonding or welding. Vacuum cleaning removes contamination that could cause poor adhesion, stains, surface defects or inconsistent finishing quality.

The technology can also be used as a final cleaning process when components must be completely dry and free from marks, residual cleaning medium and particle contamination.
