During laboratory testing, we assess various cleaning and degreasing formulations, their concentration, temperature, contact time and application method. We consider the component material, type and level of contamination, required cleanliness and subsequent production operations. Other important factors may include the required surface tension, corrosion protection, passivation or surface preparation before painting, bonding or further surface treatment.

Based on the results, we recommend the most suitable chemical formulation and help optimise the entire cleaning process to ensure effective, stable and repeatable results. Testing also allows us to compare several options and determine whether a standard industrial product is sufficient or a bespoke formulation should be developed.
