SYSTEM KP.PIN

The KP.PIN system is designed for cleaning delicate metal components, ensuring they remain securely positioned during basket rotation cycles. The system consists of:

A PVC plate with 352 holes for attaching pins of various shapes and sizes
A stainless steel frame supporting the plates
A stackable structure with adjustable rings for easier handling

For demanding applications, the KP.Custom basket is designed to clean large quantities of heavy and oversized metal components.

Designed for the KP.MAX cleaning system, the basket can be customised to meet any cleaning and production requirements.

KP.MODULAR SYSTEM

The KP.Modular system offers a wide range of customisation options. The baskets are available with three mesh configurations:

13 × 13 mm
13 × 13 mm with an inner 2 × 2 mm mesh
7 × 7 mm

The modular baskets ensure safe handling thanks to their wide handles, reinforced edges and lids with robust spring latches. They can also be fitted with metal identification numbers for optical recognition.

Small, modular and stackable stainless steel baskets are the ideal solution for handling small precision components. Available in various mesh sizes, they provide maximum flexibility and efficient organisation of small parts.
