The ECO100HP is a unique washing station made entirely of synthetic material (PE). It operates with two separate pumps: a low-pressure pump for the plastic washing brush and a high-pressure pump rated at 110 bar and calibrated to 90 bar, for the high-pressure washing gun.
The station is also equipped with professional, energy-efficient LED lighting with a power consumption of just 7 W, a 10/10 stainless steel work surface that protects the station’s surface, and an aluminium Nautilus air blow gun.
The system also includes 3 stages of fluid filtration on the way down and 3 stages of filtration on the way up, giving a total of 6 filtration stages.
The ECO100HP is equipped with a forced aeration system that helps maintain the cleaning fluid’s stability over time and prevents unpleasant odours.

Nautilus viewing window: uses compressed air at 2.5 bar to improve visibility inside the cabinet.

It works effectively at both high and low pressure while producing only a limited amount of foam. Thanks to its excellent cleaning properties, it was developed using exceptionally advanced and innovative technology.
Oil residues, grease, heavy soiling and carbon deposits without causing corrosion to ferrous metals or damaging metals and sensitive plastic parts such as aluminium.
This is a highly effective product that is also environmentally friendly and particularly safe for operators’ health. It contains no caustic substances or microorganisms and therefore carries no hazard labels.
The oil and grease emulsify and separate after a few minutes, rising to the surface. The cleaning solution can then be replenished, significantly extending its service life.
