During the trial, you can use your own cleaning agent if you already have a proven product that you regularly use in your operation. We will be happy to check whether it is suitable for ultrasonic cleaning and the specific equipment.

If you do not have a suitable cleaning agent, we will recommend one of the products we use. We will help you select the right cleaning solution for degreasing and removing oils, carbon deposits, polishing compounds, paint, operational dirt and other residues.

Before lending you the cleaner, we can test your components with the recommended cleaning agent to ensure that the selected process will deliver the required results.

We will assess how a specific cleaning agent performs with the particular type of contamination, material and required result. This allows us to determine whether your existing cleaning agent is suitable or whether one of our proven products for ultrasonic cleaning and degreasing would be more effective.

During the test, we assess:

• the removal of grease, oils, carbon deposits, polishing compounds, paint and operational dirt,
• compatibility with the component material,
• the required concentration, temperature and cleaning time,
• the resulting surface cleanliness,
• process safety and the risk of damage to the component.

Yes. You can trial an ultrasonic cleaner free of charge for seven days. We will deliver and set up the equipment and train your staff at no cost, allowing you to test it directly in your facility on your own components.

You only pay for the cleaning agent required for the trial. We can select the most suitable product based on the component type, material and specific contamination, or you can use your own proven cleaning agent if it is suitable for ultrasonic cleaning.
